Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your new jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings unless they are faulty. Please keep this in mind when making your selection.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
